Creating a brand for a top of the line wetsuit brand is the dream of every surfing brand-designer. So Faker got extremely stoked when the four guys from SRFACE called about their soon to be bad-ass wetsuit. We went back to the ocean for inspiration & paddled into the project.

COLOR
The moment the sky starts to blend with the ocean surface has been the inspiration for the SRFACE color schedule.

LOGO CONCEPT
The earths surface is 71% covered with water. This water is our playground, our go-to place and the place where our suit thrives. With a 71 degree line covering off a part of the F & A, the earths water surface is embodied in our logo. All other letters are customized as well. With subtle references to the 71 degree line in the S, C & E.

TYPOGRAPHY
A distinctive typographic style. Clean modern bright letters with Soleil & funky type with Bau Pro.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
A super dark toned photography style to embody the feel of the high-end neoprene product. This way the subtle orange high-lights really stands out.

URBAN SURFER
SRFACE knows traveling is a big part of surf culture, we shine light on the normal surfer by showing how they travel to the ocean. Lifestyle & surf pictures by: Jan Bijl.
